바이오테크니의 세번째 PROTAC 심포지엄이 진행됩니다.
PROTAC (표적단백질 분해)는 빠르게 성장하고 있는 신약개발 연구 분야입니다.
작년의 심포지엄에 이어, 올해는 BromoTag®기술을 가진 University of Dundee와 독점 라이선스를 실행하여 TAG 플랫폼(aTAG 및 dTAG)을 확장하였으며 두 명의 inventor를 초대하여 BromoTag®기술에 대해 공유하는 시간을 가질 예정입니다.
이 심포지엄에서는 TPD 분야에서 hot topic이 되고 있는 항바이러스 PROTAC, 임상 후보인 BRD9의 degrader, BromoTag® 분해 플랫폼, CBP/p300 lysine acetyltransferases를 표적으로 하는 degrader, 새로운 PROTAC® 설계를 위한 cereblon-recruiting warheads와 TPD 분석을 위한 새로운 CoraFluor TR-FRET probe를 첫 공개 발표합니다.
